I’m Kristen. Writing is my jam. And now I want to share that jam with you.

Writing is a hobby for me — it’s not my day job. But it is one of my first loves, and I want to get back to it more regularly. And that’s what this site is for.

I’m a regular suburban mom with a literal genius of a husband and two amazingly cute kids. I’m not just saying that. They’re really, incredibly, objectively adorable. And I can prove the genius thing.

When I am not writing or mom-ing or doing my actual job, you’ll probably find me reading, playing D&D, or watching reruns of shows that have long since gone off the air (and that I may or may not have copies of on VHS. Do I have a VHS player? I do not.).

My special skills include saying the alphabet backwards and singing a song about all the U.S. Presidents in order — but only through Clinton, because the song was written in like 1997. Them’s the breaks.
